Enrollment Application

Welcome to KiddiTime Family Childcare! Thank you for your interest in our childcare. We are excited to get to know you and your child.

You’ve made a great choice for your child! We want you and your child to be pleased and comfortable with your decision to join KiddiTime. Therefore, we offer a 2-week trial period enrollment, in which parents and providers reserve the right to terminate the contract agreement without advance notice.

Tuition Rates

Note: Tuition rates and availabilities are not guaranteed until the contract agreement is signed and approved by KiddiTime.

Option-A $1400 per month

5-Days a week from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Include Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and Dinner.

Option-B $1000 per month

5-Days a week from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm. Include Breakfast, AM Snack, and Lunch.

Option-C $1000 per month

5-Days a week from 12:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Include Breakfast, AM Snack, and Lunch.

Option-D $1000 per month

3-Days a week from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Include Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and Dinner.

Option-E $700

2-Days a week from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Include Breakfast, AM Snack, Lunch, PM Snack, and Dinner.
