TIME TO LAUGH AND LEARN

Welcome to kidditime

Children are born ready to laugh and learn. At KiddiTime family childcare, children are loved, well-nourished, and safe so they can just have fun and be happy about learning. Our programs are play and learn-based, where children will learn through hands-on activities and creative playthings that enrich and stimulate their spontaneous desires and abilities.

Daily routine

Note: Our general daily routine may change according to the monthly theme, group of kids, interests, and special events.

  • Parents will check in their children electronically. Teachers will greet each child and take their temperature. Parents cannot leave until teachers confirm that the child is checked-in. Then children will put away their shoes, jackets, and backpack in their individual cubby locker and wash their hands with soap.

  • Nutritionally balanced meals with mostly organic food will be served.

  • Group time is filled with music and movement, songs, games, finger plays and language activities, and more.

  • Children are free to choose from mostly Montessori-based toys, games, or puzzles and the area in which they wish to play to develop their early childhood skills. Teachers will observe and help children learn how to use materials correctly.

  • Teachers and children clean the room together and in the process, children learn where materials are stored. Children will learn how to care for themselves in a relaxed non-pressured atmosphere.

  • Light healthy snacks will be served.

  • Children will use gross motor skills to play outdoor activities while learning outdoor safety and guidance from teachers.

  • Lunchtime is a great opportunity for children to help set the table and have an opportunity to practice good social skills with peers and teachers. Meals are well balanced, nutritious, and meet CACFP guidelines.

  • Children will nap or rest on their sleeping mats. Children who do not nap can do quiet activities on their mats.

  • Children are free to choose from a mixture of Montessori-based puzzles, toys, games, and the area in which they wish to play to develop their early childhood skills. Teachers will observe and help children learn how to use materials correctly.

  • Hearty healthy snacks will be served to keep the children going until pickup time.

  • Children will have free play indoor/outdoor.

  • Children will gather their belongings and be prepared for pick up.
